WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are not completely satisfied with your products, we are sorry that it happened. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products for sale, Atelier Hourglam does not accept any returns or exchanges. The Atelier Hourglam team makes sure to process the order preparation in due form. Before proceeding to the payment, you can view the products of your order. This is the reason why before proceeding with the payment, it is important that you fill your order adequately and that you ensure that it is complete.

ORDER CANCELLATION REQUEST

Note that you can submit a cancellation request before your order is shipped. Check out your email to make sure that your order has not been shipped.

1. Please send us an email at hello@atelierhourglam.com and  indicate your full name and your order number.
2. Indicate that you would like to cancel your order. If you would like to cancel one item or more in your order, please indicate the brand of the item.

Please allow us a delay of 2 to 3 business days to reply.  If your cancellation order request is accepted, a confirmation will be sent to you by email. It will take about 7 days to get a refund to the original mode of payment. If your cancellation order request is refused, we will send you an email to explain the reason for the refusal.
