To register for the Selca Membership reward program, you must create an account at Atelier Hourglam.
Your profile page Selca is your destination for all membership club information, including the benefits associated with your membership level; your current points balance or point activities are stored in your bank; your “Savings” from promotions and seasonal offers; To redeem points Selca for rewards and to receive gifts or access other benefits offered to members. You can access your profile page Selca by logging into your account.
ELITE: All members automatically acquire the status of ELITE, from the moment they proceed to register for the creation of an account at Atelier Hourglam. ELITE members (and guest) will receive a 10% discount on their first purchase. A member remains an ELITE member indefinitely until they reach GLAM MAKER level, that is when they spend a required minimum of $ 400 during a calendar year (January 1 to December 31).
GLAM MAKER : GLAM MAKER status is awarded to members of the program Selca who spend a minimum of $ 400 at Atelier Hourglam online in a calendar year (January 1 to December 31). They will also receive a 15% discount on the first purchase. At the end of the year, annual requalification is necessary (GLAM MAKER members have to spend $ 400 annually to maintain their status). If a member does not qualify for GLAM MAKER status and cannot qualify for Idol status, then the member's status will be ELITE.
IDOL: IDOL status is granted to members of the program Selca who spend at least 750 $ on merchandise in a calendar year (January 1 to December 31). At the end of the year, annual requalification is necessary (Idol members have to spend $ 750 annually to maintain their status). If a member does not qualify for Idol and/ or Glam status, then the member will automatically change ELITE status.
Eligibility rules: Our Reward program is limited to one account per person. You must be 13 years of age or older and be a legal resident of Canada or the United States to be eligible for the Selca Membership. Please note that The SELCA MEMBERSHIP program is being tested and is subject to change. Atelier Hourglam intends to assess the purchasing trend related to points, to readjust the scoring system if necessary.
Please note that Atelier Hourglam reserves the right to delete a customer account or downgrade a customer's points when necessary. The advantages offered by the Selca Membership may vary according to each level. Certain levels may have more benefits than others such as special offers, exclusive product access, unique experiences, exclusive events, and early product access will be determined by Atelier Hourglam in its sole discretion. Atelier Hourglam reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit or change the rules, regulations, benefits, membership eligibility, or any other feature of a particular level, or may terminate a level by particular at any time and in its sole discretion, without notice.
