Domestic shipping (time in transit) is typically 2-8 business days after processing.
International Shipping(time in transit) is typically 11-20 business days after processing. Canada Post handles the package up to customs, after which the package is handed over to USPS to handle delivery to the recipient.

How do I track my order?
You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number after your purchase and when your order ships. You can also track your order when you access your profile. If you have any questions about your order, please email us at hello@atelierhourglam.com.
Pickup
Pickup option is available as a delivery method (curbside pickup is also available) at checkout.
We will process your order within 2 hours. When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification via SMS or Email.
To pay cash, please text us at (514) 776-6119 or send us an email at hello@atelierhourglam.com with the products that you want in your order.
On arrival, prepare your ID and your order number and notify us on SMS of your pickup option: curbside or at door
Pickup availability: Monday to Saturday: 10 a.m-21h p.m.

Local Delivery
We are offering a same day delivery on all orders before 14 PM ET from Monday to Sunday to the following postal codes: H2N, H2V, H3R, H3S, H3T, H3V, H3Y, H3X, H3Y, H3Z, H4A, H4B, H4L, H4N, H4P, H4V, H4W, H4X, H8N, H8R
All the orders made after 14H PM will be delivered within 24 hours.
Shipping fees are 5.99$ after a purchase of 10,00$ minimum taxes excluded.
Please note that, the local delivery option will show at checkout only if your location is eligible.
Do you ship internationally?
We only ship to Canada and to the United States.
To be eligible for free shipping you must ship within Canada and your total must be $75 after all discounts are added.
We currently offer free shipping for all orders $75 and over for Canada only.
